Christmas Cards

Wow! How excited I am to announce that bloggers get 50 free Holiday cards from Shutterfly if we promote their wonderful products!!!

Oh ... HOW I LOVE Shutterfly! I totally use them for absolutely all my "photo" needs. I have used them so much in the past year with a new little boy, because I wanted to show him off so much! My New Haircut!

SO...I had to go "Semi-Mommy" with my new haircut! My long hair was driving me bananas!!! So...Posh or NOT Posh? Whaddaya Think?

Third...My mother's baptism! Late in life I know---but there is nothing like knowing that you know that you know that you know! She has settled her salvation in her heart and made it public that she has chosen Christ as Lord of her life!

Fourth, there was Father's Day! We all went over to my parent's house for a "Father's Day Cookout" and gave our gifts there! I didn't get any pictures of the gifts!!! Shame on me! OH WELL! &&&& yes that is a charcoal grilll...yayahhh! baby!

And thennnn there was VBS! We had a blast! J (the hub) worked in recreation, and Mom and I were floaters (ultimately ... that meant HELP with 3 & 4 year olds)!!!! Yeah we had a blast, it was hard work but so so much fun seeing those children be involved in something so great!

AND there ain't nothing wrong with a LITTLE BIT o' GOOD ole' FUN in the SUN!!! One day my little cousins came over to stay and we broke out the "GIRAFFE swimming pool" they ended up having a great great time!

Last but not LEAST...the latest past event in the life of the Wilson's was 4th of July. We had so many different invitations for 4th of July get togethers and DID NOT know which one to choose! So we decided to just go with the closest to home. We went to my aunts house for ribs, (maybeeee it was for the food...hahaha JK) chicken, shrimp and veggies! We had a small show of NC fireworkssss....UGHHH lol! SC's are sooo much better---and then we went to a get together at some friends house for HB & HD's and Fireworks! We had a happy holiday! Hope yours was also!

Lets Play Catch UP!

Let's begin with LG's Dedication. The church decided to do a "Baby Dedication" day since there were so many new babies all at once. So instead of getting to have a special day for LG's dedication we shared it with others [whatev!] None-the-less it turned out to be a great time. We commited our dear precious little boy to the Lord. We promised to raise him in a christian home and try our absolute best to raise him in the admoniton of the Lord.

Second...There was the Mitchell Wedding! We had a blast celebrating the marriage of P and A Mitchell. J my husband was a groomsmen and I had so much fun hanging out with these guys before the wedding, they are absolutely hilarious. We stayed the weekend in Forest City, NC without our baby but ended up still having a good time. Congratulations to the MITCHELL's!

This weekend I plan to update my blog and catch you all up on all that has been happening the past 2 months!!! I am terrible I KNOW!

The main reason I have not posted .... is because I have not loaded any pics to my computer---ONCE that is complete I WILLLLL update and continue to blog AT LEAST weekly.

It's been a while.

WeLL I know...it's been a while, but i've been busy and honestly just no thoughts flowing. My husband, sister, sister's boyfriend and I just returned from the beach on Sunday night we had a great, relaxing vacation. It was amazing. It was my first time being away from baby LG though for that long and I had a rough time dealing with that but other than that I was okay. We just chilled out and relaxed the whole time and shopped on the way home---my kind of trip!!! NO PLANS- just chillin'!

When we got home I was so excited to see my baby OMG it was wonderful seeing him smile and chuckle when he saw us. We actually didn't even take that many pictures because we just relaxed the whole time. My hubby and I had a wonderful (JUST US) time with no baby.

In just 2 days my little man will be 9 MONTHS old holy crap the time has flown by!!! I honestly cannot believe he is almost a year old. It seems like just yesterday we were bringing him home from the hospital :( I love how he is growing though, he is so much fun! He loves to play play play, and fights sleep til the END! He is just before walking ALL ALONE...he has ALMOST got it---just needs to balance a little better. Hopefully we are going to order him some StrideRite's very very soon and get him a' strollin'! He is the most precious thing in the entire world :) He absolutely loves water and the swimming pool. He splashes the water so that it splashes him in the face over and over again, he has so much fun!

Father's Day is coming up----got lots to think about and do! Dad's gift, Hubby's gift, and Pawpaw's gift!!! Pawpaw's Bday is June 24 also AND Mom's Bday is June 30. Lots of gifts to think about and purchase...
any ideas??

Yesterday was my little cousins 4th Birthday. She is growing up so fast and into a gorgeous little girl! She had a great bday and got to perform in her first dance recital last night also. She looked beautiful and did a fabulous job during her routine...all smiles and twirls- we finished the night up at my house celebrating her birthday with a Princess Tiana cupcake cake (beautiful by the way), pizza and presents...She had a blast!!! BTW keep her mother- my cousin- in your prayers she is dealing with some internal stomach problems and can't hold food down. She was admitted to the hospital yesterday :-/ Please pray.

K- So there was a quick "catch Up" of the last week or so of my life, as for the other days---they're just memories I guess!
